1. 7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your request must meet one of the following criteria:
- The product arrived in a physically damaged condition.
- The product is defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) and does not function as intended.
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Important Note on Product Specifications: Lithium batteries have specific technical specifications (Voltage, Ah capacity, dimensions, connector type). We urge you to please double-check that the product specifications meet your requirements before placing an order. Returns due to ordering the wrong specification by mistake are generally not accepted.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within the 7-day window.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and parts intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your Order ID).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, installed, or connected to a device.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, short-circuiting, or using an incompatible charger.
- Products with physical damage that was not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items returned without their original packaging and accessories.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)
- Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via email at [Your Support Email Address] or call us at [Your Phone Number].
- Provide Details: In your communication, please include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and mandatory photographic or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This is crucial for us to process your request.
- Review and Approval: Our technical team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Prepare for Pickup: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. Please pack the product securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refund and Inspection Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at our facility in Kanpur, our technical team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return conditions and that the claimed defect is valid.
- Notification: We will notify you via email about the status of your refund request after the inspection is complete.
- Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Please Note: Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, it will be treated as a return and is subject to the conditions laid out in this policy.
