1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email as soon as you place your order.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Important Notice for Battery Shipments: Due to safety regulations and the classification of lithium-ion batteries as dangerous goods (DG), all orders containing batteries are shipped exclusively via surface transport. We do not offer air or expedited shipping for these items.
  • We partner with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and India Post to deliver your orders safely. The choice of carrier is determined by your location and pincode serviceability.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. The cost is based on the weight of the products and your delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders with a total value above ₹14,999.

Estimated Delivery Timelines: These are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • Within Uttar Pradesh: 2 – 4 business days
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 – 5 business days
  • Rest of India (Tier II & Tier III cities): 5 – 8 business days
  • North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, and Remote Areas: 7 – 12 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues with the courier, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Kanpur, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email and/or an SMS.
  • This notification will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s portal.

5. Pincode Serviceability

We strive to deliver our products across India. However, there may be certain pincodes that are not serviceable by our courier partners. If your order is placed with a non-serviceable pincode, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternative solutions, which may include order cancellation and a full refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: We take great care in packaging our products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
  • Package Lost in Transit: If you have not received your order within 15 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us. We will work with the courier partner to locate your package and find a solution.
